Open People & Roles

In the org sidebar, click People & Roles. You will see Active members, Pending Invites, and your role columns. The org Owner is created automatically when the org is set up.

Invite by email

  1. Click Invite Member.

  2. Enter one or more email addresses. You can paste a comma-separated list.

  3. Pick an org-level role: Owner, Admin, Tester, or Viewer.

  4. Optionally check the box to apply the same access to all current and new projects. To set per-project access instead, leave it unchecked and use the project picker below.

  5. Click Send Invite. Pending invites appear in the Pending Invites tab until accepted.

The four roles

  • Owner: full control of the org, including billing, ownership transfer, and org closure. Cannot be granted via an invite link.

  • Admin: full project and member management, but cannot transfer ownership or close the org.

  • Tester: can run on-demand scans, work issues, and create custom tests within scoped projects.

  • Viewer: read-only access to projects they are added to.

Project-level overrides

A member's project rights cannot exceed their org-level role. To give someone Tester rights on Project A but Viewer on Project B, open the project, go to Project Settings > Team and Access, and set the role override there.
