Both actions live under Org Settings > Danger Zone. Read carefully before clicking either.
Transfer ownership
Use this to hand the org off to another Admin, for example when an agency client wants to take over their own account.
Open the Danger Zone tab in Org Settings.
Under Transfer ownership, pick the Admin who should become the new Owner. They must already be a member of the org.
Confirm with the email code Jakka sends to your address.
Once confirmed, you become an Admin and they become the Owner. Billing, ownership transfer, and org closure rights move with the role.
Close organization
Closing an org permanently deletes all projects, scan history, reports, AI recommendations, and integrations. There is no undo. Past-due invoices block closure until the balance is settled.
Click Close organization at the bottom of the Danger Zone tab.
Review the blast-radius summary showing what will be deleted.
Type the exact org name to confirm.
Click the final confirmation button.
What happens to historical work
Member actions (assignments, comments, accepted recommendations) are preserved as audit log entries even after a member is removed. Once an org is closed, that history is permanently deleted along with everything else.
