Manage billing: payment methods, invoices, top-ups, cancellation

See your current plan and renewal date

The top of Org > Billing shows your plan tier and renewal date. Click Change Plan to switch tiers or billing cycles. The current cycle ends on the renewal date shown.

Update billing profile

Edit your company name, billing email recipients, address, country, and tax ID under Billing Profile. Click Edit profile, make changes, and Save.

Add or update a payment method

Under Payment Methods, click Add payment method to add a new card. Click Manage payment methods to remove old ones or change the default. Stripe processes all card data; Jakka does not store card numbers.

Download invoices

The Invoices table lists every invoice with date, ID, period, and total. Click any row to download the PDF. Invoices are also emailed to addresses listed in Org > Settings > Notifications under billing email recipients.

Buy token top-ups

Click Top up (in the user dropdown) or (buy tokens) link (in the org chip). Pick a bundle size. Tokens are added immediately. Top-up history shows in the Top-ups table.

Cancel subscription

Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until then. Scheduled runs continue. After the cycle ends, your account moves to Free.

Enterprise invoice billing

On Enterprise, invoices are issued NET 30 or NET 60 instead of charged to a card. Contact your account manager to switch to invoice billing.

Past-due invoices

If an invoice is past due, you get a 7-day grace period during which access continues with reminders. After 7 days, scheduled scans pause and the org cannot be closed until the balance is settled.
