Open the Reports page

Insights > Reports lists every report for this project. Click Create New Report to start.

Pick a template

Four templates available:

  • Monthly Overview: high-level snapshot for monthly client check-ins.

  • Weekly Snapshot: a tighter weekly digest.

  • Audit Report: comprehensive audit, useful for first-time engagements.

  • Custom: pick exactly which sections to include.

Choose sections

Toggle sections on or off: Executive Summary, Health Trends, Issue Overview, Category Scores, Top Issues, Page Performance, Recommendations, Appendix.

Set date range and branding

Pick a date range with quick-select buttons or custom dates. For branding, choose Jakka branded (default) or White-label (upload your logo, set company name and primary color, or pull from your Brand Kit). White-label is a Pro and above feature.

Generate and share

Click Generate. Reports run asynchronously. You get an in-app notification and an email (R1 Report Ready) when it is done. From the report row, click View to open, or use the three-dot menu for Copy Share Link, Download (PDF, CSV, or JSON), Duplicate, Rename, Manage Share Links, or Delete.

Public share links

Share links use a stable URL of the form app.jakka.ai/r/<uuid>. They open without a login, do not expire by default, and track view counts per visit. You can manage or revoke share links from the report's three-dot menu > Manage Share Links.
