What counts as an asset

Quality Lab > Assets tracks every file the crawler downloads while scanning your site. Categories in the sidebar: All, Images, Scripts, Stylesheets, Fonts, Media, Documents.

Stats at a glance

  • Total Assets: across all types.

  • Critical Issues: assets that need immediate attention.

  • Potential Savings: total optimization opportunity in KB.

  • Accessibility Score: alt text coverage across images, 0 to 100.

Filter to what matters

Use the filter drawer to narrow by file type, status, size, optimization opportunity, alt text presence, CDN status, or referencing pages. Save common filter combinations as presets for quick access.

The Asset detail drawer

Click any asset to see Overview (file info, status, compression, alt text, usage, preview), Issues and Recommendations, Optimization (score, savings, performance impact), CDN and Performance (Pro+), Referencing Pages, AI Recommendations, and History.

Bulk actions

Select multiple assets, then use the bulk action bar to Export (CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF), create tasks in Jira or Asana, mark for review, run bulk optimization (Pro+), or download a zip of the selected assets.

Plan gating

Free plans can track up to 50 assets and export to CSV only. Starter and above have full Asset tracking. Pro and above unlock CDN tracking and unused-code detection.
